Known Bugs in Harbour 3.0

- achoice bugs
- menusys minor Clipper incompatibilities
- hb_ini*() functions buggy since adding them in 2007
- target specific C code generated for some numeric
operations in -gc3 mode (preventing cross-compilation)
- mingw64-tdm produces extra hbtest errors
- symbian build broken
- HBQT class creation not MT safe
- HBQT code using not MT safe strtok()
- hbssl not MT compatible
- gtwvw bugs (scrolling bug still there)
